Yes, it's true!! The celebrity and world famous chef Emeril Lagasse has opened his latest restaurant in Uptown Charlotte and we are super excited to have him. Emeril is the proud owner of 12 other award winning restaurants throughout the US with three in New Orleans. He is also a national TV personality who has hosted more than 2,000 shows on the TV Food Network, correspondent for ABC's Good Morning America and his very own segment Emeril LIVE on the Cooking Channel just to name a view.
