Do You Really Understand The Meaning of "Its A Buyers Market?"

Hello everyone!!
Being a real estate agent, my business mostly consist of myself presenting buyers. I understand that there are a lot of people that do not understand real estate nor the home buying process which is why most potential home buyers hire a realtor.
I love what I do but there is apart of this business that absolutely drive me crazy and that is when the buyer THINK they know more than I do about the market. The terms a "sellers market" and "buyers market" are simple examples of supply vs demand so repeating over and over "but it's a buyers market" will not get you $20,000 off a property. A "buyers market" only mean that the inventory of homes for sale are high and when the market change to where there are less homes available with the number of buyers increasing, this is a "sellers market"...NOTHING MORE.
Don't get upset when you fall in love with a home then the sellers aren't willing to give their home away. Then turn around and look at your agent as if they can force the seller to reduce the price down and when your agent explain to you that people are selling their kids to get into this area, don't question their expertise. Location, location, location....if the home is brand new or in excellent condition, with all the upgrades, located in an area that is in demand and based on comps its already tremendously reduced. BE REAL AND SUBMIT A REALISTIC OFFER
Good night all!!
